Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse any order we receive for any reason. There
may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We
reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order

Instances
for which your order may be cancelled or revised can include limitations
on quantities, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance
department. Such as no security code, unverifiable billing and shipping
information We may require additional verifications or information before
accepting any order including overnight and larger quantity orders. We
will contact you if the order is revised . If your order is cancelled
after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your
credit card in the amount of the charge.
Quantity
Limits - Reselling
Medi-Spa Store reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased
per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable
to orders placed by the same credit card, and also to orders that use
the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification
to the customer e-mail and/or billing address provided should such limits
be applied. We also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers or
customers redirecting product.
Color
Selections:
Medi-Spa Store makes every effort to display as accurately as possible
the colors of our products that appear on the Site. Photos are usually
manufacturer provided and are the most accurate possible. The actual colors
you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's
display of any of the colors that are shown will be accurate.Please call
our customer service dept if you need help choosing a color before you
purchase.
Pricing
